The Missouri Symphony is first and foremost dedicated to the health and safety of our students, musicians, patrons, staff, and volunteers. In an effort to maintain our standards of safety, we have established COVID-19 protocols to ensure your MOSY experience remains safe and enjoyable.

Our COVID Guidelines

In an effort to continue keeping our community safe we strongly encourage all individuals wear masks regardless of vaccination status. However, at this time MOSY does not have face mask or vaccination requirements or restrictions for our events.

However, mask requirements are subject to change in accordance with policies of the event/performance venue at which MOSY is performing. Patrons are asked to respectfully cooperate with any requests or requirements made by our collaborating venues and organizations..

Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 10 days are not permitted at MOSY events. If you are unable to attend a performance you have purchased a ticket for, we encourage you to contact us to discuss flexible exchange and refund options. We are here to accommodate you as best we can.

Policies will be re-evaluated by the MOSY Staff and Board of Directors on a regular basis and adjusted accordingly as needed.
Policies are subject to change and are subject to city and state public health guidelines.

Ticket holders assume all risks and dangers relating to any Missouri Symphony (MOSY) event. By attending our events, you acknowledge and voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, and all other terms and conditions.

Programs and artists subject to change. The Missouri Symphony (MOSY) reserves the right to record performances, including the audience, for future broadcast or promotion. Your attendance at MOSY events shall be deemed consent and permission to use your image, as captured in photograph or on video, in connection with the promotion and marketing of MOSY and its related events.
The Missouri Symphony is committed to engaging professional artists, educating young musicians, and enthralling diverse audiences through exceptional symphonic performances.
