The Missouri Symphony is first and foremost dedicated to the health and safety of our students, musicians, patrons, staff, and volunteers. In an effort to maintain our standards of safety, we have established COVID-19 protocols to ensure your MOSY experience remains safe and enjoyable.

Our COVID Guidelines

Beginning September 1, 2021, and until further notice, patrons, staff, and volunteers of MOSY are required to wear face masks at all indoor events regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings should be worn properly, covering the nose and mouth, and meet Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) standards.

Neck gaiters and bandanas are not permitted, and masks may only be removed while actively eating or drinking (unless otherwise noted by the indoor venue). Social distancing will not be required, however we ask that you respect the personal distancing requests of other patrons to help ensure safety for all music lovers.

While we strongly encourage face coverings at all events, masks are not required for outdoor events. However, policies may vary venue to venue, and we ask that you respectfully cooperate with any requests or policies of our collaborating venues and organizations for any and all events and performances.

Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days are not permitted at MOSY events. If you are unable to attend a performance you have purchased a ticket for, we encourage you to contact us to discuss flexible exchange and refund options. We are here to accommodate you as best we can.

Policies will be re-evaluated by the MOSY Staff and Board of Directors on a regular basis and adjusted accordingly as needed.

                                   We're here to help!

MOSY is here to make your musical experience as enjoyable as possible and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Our offices are open 9 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, and we can be reached by email at or by calling (573) 875-0600. If there is no answer, please leave a message and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Our staff is fully vaccinated and will always encourage you to do the same. Mask up and #comemosywithus!
Policies are subject to change and are subject to city and state public health guidelines.
